A lush selection of fresh, zero-kilometre, top-quality produce, and vegetables and Alpine herbs from our own garden. Our chef and kitchen brigade know how to transform all this into a palate-seducing dining experience. Prepare for an indulgent culinary trip that will lead you all the way from traditional South Tyrolean recipes to great Italian classics, with a weekly tour of Ladin specialities.

From the sumptuous breakfast buffet to our dinner menus and indulgent desserts, we will spoil your taste buds all day… in a healthy way! We carefully compose our menus to allow for a nourishing, light and varied diet, sourcing organic products such as meat and eggs from local farms.

Our wine cellar

Our small but well-stocked cellar features around 300 bottles, including the best South Tyrolean red and white wines as well as a fine selection of wines from other Italian regions and all over the world. Once a week, our sommelier holds a wine tasting session – an opportunity to learn more about our wines in the best possible way… through the palate!
