Prepare for an indulgent culinary trip that will lead you all the way from traditional South Tyrolean recipes to great Italian classics, with a weekly tour of Ladin specialities.
From the sumptuous breakfast buffet to our dinner menus and indulgent desserts, we will spoil your taste buds all day… in a healthy way! We carefully compose our menus to allow for a nourishing, light and varied diet, sourcing organic products such as meat and eggs from local farms.
